H\u00e4r g\u00e5r vi igenom vad du b\u00f6r t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 och ger konkreta tips p\u00e5 hur du kan hantera sk\u00e4rmtid i familjen.<\/p>\n<h3>Rekommenderad sk\u00e4rmtid f\u00f6r barn<\/h3>\n<p>Folkh\u00e4lsomyndigheten har presenterat riktlinjer f\u00f6r barns sk\u00e4rmanv\u00e4ndning som kan vara en bra utg\u00e5ngspunkt f\u00f6r oss f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Barn under 2 \u00e5r<\/strong>: Undvik sk\u00e4rmtid helt i m\u00f6jligaste m\u00e5n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Barn mellan 2\u20135 \u00e5r<\/strong>: Max 1 timme per dag.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Barn mellan 6\u201312 \u00e5r<\/strong>: Max 1\u20132 timmar per dag.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Barn mellan 13\u201318 \u00e5r<\/strong>: Max 2\u20133 timmar per dag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Det rekommenderas ocks\u00e5 att undvika sk\u00e4rmar precis innan l\u00e4ggdags och att f\u00f6rvara mobiler och surfplattor utanf\u00f6r sovrummet nattetid. Detta hj\u00e4lper barn att slappna av och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar deras s\u00f6mnkvalitet.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c4r sk\u00e4rmtid bra eller d\u00e5ligt f\u00f6r barn?<\/h3>\n<p>Sk\u00e4rmar kan b\u00e5de ha positiva och negativa effekter p\u00e5 barn, beroende p\u00e5 hur de anv\u00e4nds. \u00c5 ena sidan kan sk\u00e4rmtid vara ett s\u00e4tt att fr\u00e4mja l\u00e4rande och kreativitet, men \u00e5 andra sidan kan f\u00f6r mycket tid framf\u00f6r sk\u00e4rmen p\u00e5verka barnets h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende negativt.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5gra faktorer att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F\u00f6r mycket sk\u00e4rmtid<\/strong> kan p\u00e5verka barnets s\u00f6mn, koncentration och f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att interagera med omgivningen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e4tt typ av sk\u00e4rmtid<\/strong> kan d\u00e4remot bidra till l\u00e4rande och stimulans \u2013 till exempel genom pedagogiska appar eller familjespel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Varje barn \u00e4r unikt, och det \u00e4r viktigt att som f\u00f6r\u00e4lder vara uppm\u00e4rksam p\u00e5 hur ditt barn reagerar p\u00e5 sk\u00e4rmtid. K\u00e4nns barnet stressat, irriterat eller isolerat? D\u00e5 kan det vara dags att g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar.<\/p>\n<h3>Sk\u00e4rmtid och barns psykiska h\u00e4lsa<\/h3>\n<p>Forskning visar att fysisk aktivitet, god s\u00f6mn och en k\u00e4nsla av samh\u00f6righet \u00e4r viktiga f\u00f6r barns psykiska h\u00e4lsa. F\u00f6r yngre barn kan du till exempel begr\u00e4nsa sk\u00e4rmtiden till specifika tider, exempelvis efter middagen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Skapa sk\u00e4rmfria zoner<\/strong>Ha vissa delar av hemmet som \u00e4r helt fria fr\u00e5n sk\u00e4rmar, exempelvis matbordet eller barnens sovrum.
