Men att &nbsp;vara <strong>gravid&nbsp;<\/strong>g\u00f6r att du kommer beh\u00f6va g\u00f6ra alla vardagliga sysslor med extra vikt p\u00e5 kroppen, s\u00e5 du b\u00f6r redan fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan planera in f\u00f6r r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 dig och tr\u00e4na lite varje dag. Det \u00e4r viktigt att st\u00e4rka upp musklerna i magen och i ryggslutet, det kommer att hj\u00e4lpa dig vid f\u00f6rlossning samt efter\u00e5t. Samt g\u00f6r att din \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning g\u00e5r snabbare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 vad g\u00f6r man om man inte tycker om att tr\u00e4na?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Om du aldrig brukar tr\u00e4na normalt sett, och nu \u00e4r <strong>gravid&nbsp;<\/strong>s\u00e5 \u00e4r det ju inte en om\u00f6jlighet f\u00f6r det. Du kan alltid g\u00e5 p\u00e5 en l\u00e5ngpromenad i bra tempo, ger b\u00e5de syre och energi till kroppen. Det viktigaste \u00e4r att man inte spenderar hela graviditeten sittandes (eller liggandes) p\u00e5 soffan. Om du m\u00e5r bra och din l\u00e4kare\/barnmorska inte ser n\u00e5gra hinder, r\u00f6r dig s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt!<\/p>\n<p>Om du d\u00e4remot \u00e4r van att motionera och tr\u00e4na, uppst\u00e5r ju andra utmaningar. Du kan fortfarande r\u00e4na p\u00e5 ganska h\u00e5rt \u00e4ven om du sj\u00e4lvfallet b\u00f6r undvika exempelvis kampsporter, maraton eller professionell idrottsut\u00f6vning. Du m\u00e5ste lyssna p\u00e5 din kropp och du har ju faktiskt en person till att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 oavsett din nuvarande form och tr\u00e4ningsniv\u00e5, s\u00e5 finns det alltid utrymme till att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 h\u00e4lsan och konditionen under din <strong>graviditet<\/strong>. F\u00f6r m\u00e5nga s\u00e5 \u00e4r denna period ett bra tillf\u00e4lle att faktiskt komma ig\u00e5ng med <strong>tr\u00e4ningen<\/strong>.
