Hvis vi tar vare p\u00e5 oss selv, ved \u00e5 trene regelmessig og spise riktig, gir vi oss selv forutsetninger for \u00e5 ha mer energi og sinnsro. Det er egentlig ingen forskjell n\u00e5r man er<a href=\"https:\/\/babylove.se\/no\/no\/mammaklader\"><strong>gravid<\/strong><\/a>, det er til og med slik at v\u00e5r helse og form i prinsippet teller dobbelt.<\/p>\n<p>Tidligere, n\u00e5r en kvinne var<strong>gravid<\/strong>, sa man ofte at man skulle hvile mye, ta det rolig og dessuten spise litt ekstra (&#8220;Du spiser jo for to&#8221;, er jo et ikke helt uvanlig uttrykk). I dag vet vi at det ikke er den beste m\u00e5ten \u00e5 komme seg gjennom ni m\u00e5neders graviditet p\u00e5. Hvis du er vant til et aktivt liv, trenger du ikke gi det helt opp. En normal graviditet \u00f8delegger ikke automatisk fordelene ved \u00e5 leve sunt. Tvert imot kan regelmessig mosjon og et bra kosthold forsterke velv\u00e6ret under<strong>graviditeten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ikke alle av oss er tilhengere av trening. Men \u00e5 v\u00e6re<strong>gravid<\/strong>gj\u00f8r at du vil m\u00e5tte gj\u00f8re alle hverdagslige gj\u00f8rem\u00e5l med ekstra vekt p\u00e5 kroppen, s\u00e5 du b\u00f8r allerede fra begynnelsen planlegge \u00e5 r\u00f8re p\u00e5 deg og trene litt hver dag. Det er viktig \u00e5 styrke musklene i magen og i korsryggen, det vil hjelpe deg ved f\u00f8dsel og etterp\u00e5. Samt gj\u00f8re at din restitusjon g\u00e5r raskere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5 hva gj\u00f8r man hvis man ikke liker \u00e5 trene?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hvis du aldri pleier \u00e5 trene normalt sett, og n\u00e5 er<strong>gravid<\/strong>s\u00e5 er det jo ikke en umulighet for det. Du kan alltid g\u00e5 p\u00e5 en langtur i godt tempo, gir b\u00e5de oksygen og energi til kroppen. Det viktigste er at man ikke tilbringer hele graviditeten sittende (eller liggende) p\u00e5 sofaen. Hvis du har det bra og din lege\/jordmor ikke ser noen hindre, beveg deg s\u00e5 mye som mulig!<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du derimot er vant til \u00e5 mosjonere og trene, oppst\u00e5r jo andre utfordringer. Du kan fortsatt trene ganske hardt selv om du selvsagt b\u00f8r unng\u00e5 for eksempel kampsport, maraton eller profesjonell idrettsut\u00f8velse. Du m\u00e5 lytte til kroppen din og du har jo faktisk en person til \u00e5 tenke p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 uansett din n\u00e5v\u00e6rende form og treningsniv\u00e5, s\u00e5 finnes det alltid rom til \u00e5 tenke p\u00e5 helsen og kondisjonen under din<strong>graviditet<\/strong>. For mange er denne perioden en god anledning til faktisk \u00e5 komme i gang med<strong>treningen<\/strong>.
