Return item

Did it not turn out quite as you had hoped? No danger at all, we have a 14-day right of withdrawal (between 17.10.2021 - 31.12.2021 we have extended the open purchase to 90 days)!

Contact us at [email protected] and state what you want to return. We will then send you a return shipping note via email that you can print out. Then tape the return shipping note to the package and hand it in at your nearest DHL Db Schenker or Postnord agent (depending on the weight of the product).

Right of withdrawal does not apply: custom-made custom goods, which have been tailor-made for you or have a clear personal touch to your wishes (eg ball sea, wallpaper, beds, rabbit doll with name, wall shelf with name, letter lamps, letter pillows, rabbit furniture, house beds or any product containing special orders dimensions, colors or customizations).

We charge a return shipping cost of SEK 49 * which is adjusted when we handle your return. It takes about a week for a return to reach us and be handled. If you have selected an invoice, you will receive a corrected invoice via e-mail. If you have already paid your invoice or paid by card, Klarna will contact you regarding a refund.

Items may only be returned in unused condition and in unopened packaging. This applies to packaging and original packaging from the manufacturer. You can of course open the product and examine, but we recommend being careful and saving the packaging until you know if you should keep the product.

Change of item

If you want to change to another item, please place a new order. Then make a return as above on the goods you want to send back. In the event of a change, we are responsible for return shipping *. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
